Our interesting and historic downtown has a uniqueness that lends itself to the opportunity to achieve something important, something significant and lasting - as I have done with Durham Centre. Durham has always challenged and inspired me to dream, to defy obstacles, to achieve heights undreamed of elsewhere in North Carolina – and beyond. I have undertaken a personal challenge to surpass anything that I – or anyone else has done before in the state. To all North Carolinians – whether they originally hail from other states, or other countries – I proudly present the most magnificent residential building
